21 enterprises in Dong Nai participate in recruiting workers at the job fair in June 2025

(DN)- On June 10, Dong Nai Employment Service Center organized the 5th Job Fair 2025.

The job exchange is organized completely free of charge to support quick employment for unemployed workers, meeting human resources needs for businesses in the province.

The job fair attracted 21 businesses to recruit workers with a demand of over 2,600 people, of which unskilled workers accounted for over 95%.

Industries that recruit a lot of workers include: garment, leather shoes, electronics, mechanics, etc. At the floor, 350 workers participated in job searching and interviews; it is expected that 150 workers will find jobs.

According to Dong Nai Employment Service Center, although the recruitment needs of enterprises have increased, the number of workers participating in job search at the floor is very limited, not meeting the recruitment criteria of enterprises. At the trading floor, the number of recruited unskilled workers only meets 6.16%.

To solve employment for unemployed workers as well as provide resources for businesses, the Center conducts a review of employment needs for workers receiving unemployment benefits and workers who need to change and find new job positions.

Accordingly, it has connected about 230 workers with businesses with large recruitment needs such as: Dong Tien Joint Stock Company, Global Star Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd....
