100% of administrative procedure files are received online at Lien Son Commune Administrative Service Center

From July 1 to August 13, the Lien Son Commune Public Administration Service Center, Phu Tho province received 1,178 administrative procedure files, 100% of which were received online.

Of which, 227 records were in the field of social protection; 578 records were certified; 177 records were in the field of household registration; 18 records were in the field of household registration - permanent residence registration - social protection - meritorious people; 57 records were in the field of household registration - permanent residence registration - revenue management, books - cards; 37 records were in the field of business establishment and operation (household business); 84 records were in the field of land.

The work of receiving and processing documents was carried out in accordance with regulations. The center's staff enthusiastically supported and facilitated people to come and handle administrative procedures. During the period, 1,075 documents were processed, of which 925 were before the deadline, 150 were on time, and no documents were overdue; 103 documents were being processed within the deadline; 52 documents were stopped processing; and 48 documents were withdrawn.
