The domestic manufacturing industry has accused Indian ceramic and porcelain tile products of being dumped into the Vietnamese market, causing significant damage to the domestic manufacturing industry.
According to regulations, after initiating an investigation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will send a sample questionnaire to relevant parties including production and export units of goods subject to anti-dumping investigation into Vietnam or representatives in Vietnam.
After that, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will send the investigation questionnaire to relevant parties to collect information, analyze and evaluate the allegations including: Dumping behavior; damage to the domestic manufacturing industry...
If necessary, based on the results of the preliminary investigation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade may apply temporary anti-dumping measures to prevent dumping from continuing to cause significant damage to the domestic manufacturing industry.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade recommends that all organizations and individuals exporting, importing, distributing, trading, and using investigated goods provide the necessary information to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to ensure their rights and interests in accordance with the law. The deadline for registration as a related party is November 7, 2025.
