To continue promoting the results of the general inventory of public assets and improve the efficiency of management and use of public assets, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to publicly disclose the results of the general inventory of public assets at agencies, organizations, units and infrastructure assets invested and managed by the State.

Regarding standards and norms for the use of public assets, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to closely follow the promulgation of the system of titles and positions of competent agencies and individuals to promptly report to competent authorities to amend and supplement regulations on standards and norms for the use of public assets accordingly.
Ministries, central agencies, provincial and municipal People's Committees direct agencies, organizations and units under their management to conduct reviews to propose competent authorities to promulgate standards and norms for the use of specialized public assets, and decide on standards and norms for the use of public assets at their agencies, organizations and units according to regulations to ensure assets serve work requirements.
At the same time, the Prime Minister requested to strengthen the inspection, examination and audit of compliance with the law on the management and use of public assets. Specifically, the Ministry of Finance must inspect the implementation of the general inventory of public assets of a number of ministries, branches and localities; inform the results of the general inventory of public assets to the National Assembly, the Government Inspectorate and the State Audit for reference, as a basis for determining the subjects of supervision, inspection and thematic audit of compliance with the law on the management and use of public assets.
Ministers, Chairmen of People's Councils and People's Committees at provincial level shall direct competent agencies of ministries, central and local agencies to self-inspect the implementation of the general inventory of public assets of agencies, organizations and units under their management; and supervise, inspect and examine the compliance with the law on management and use of public assets of agencies, organizations and units under their management.
Ministries, branches and localities are directed to review and re-inventory public assets under their management at 0:00 on January 1, 2026 according to the new organizational model.
