The ward strives to create a breakthrough in planning and developing a modern, synchronous urban area associated with the dynamic axis of the south of Hue city - airport - industrial park. Focus on adjusting and effectively implementing zoning plans and detailed plans in line with the city's development orientation. Creating a breakthrough in land management, site clearance, and resettlement is considered a priority political task of the ward. Phu Bai coordinates the implementation of urban infrastructure projects: Horizontal and vertical traffic (connecting industrial parks - airport - National Highway 1A - bypass), commercial infrastructure, parks, smart lighting, water supply and drainage; developing modern residential clusters, smart urban areas at the ward level, promoting the transition from rural to urban areas.

One of the goals that Phu Bai focuses on is to create a breakthrough in multi-pillar economic development: Industry - services - logistics - agriculture. In particular, the ward focuses on developing industry - services - logistics - airport trade, such as maximizing the advantages of Phu Bai International Airport to form aviation service chains, transportation warehouses, cargo transit, logistics, and supporting industries. The ward coordinates with the city's departments, branches, and sectors to promote investment in specialized service areas associated with urban - industrial development. At the same time, develop clean agriculture, high-quality hilly economy, and sustainable forest economy. Especially focus on developing high-tech agricultural areas, prioritizing organic agricultural models, circular agriculture, hilly farms combined with experiential tourism, and OCOP products associated with the locality.

Phu Bai supports the conversion of ineffective land for growing plants to models of growing medicinal plants, fruit trees, and organic vegetables; develops automatic irrigation systems, post-harvest preservation; encourages the establishment and development of new-style cooperatives, agricultural cooperative groups, linking production - processing - consumption, connecting with enterprises and e-commerce platforms.

To create a new breakthrough, what solutions will Phu Bai ward focus on, sir?

The ward will focus on building synchronous infrastructure to attract domestic and foreign investment projects, with priority given to attracting investment in production and business in Phu Bai Industrial Park, developing high technology, garment, processing of agricultural, forestry and fishery products, logistics; social housing projects, worker housing, modern urban areas; commercial, service projects, high-quality eco-tourism resorts. Supporting businesses to overcome difficulties, promoting healthy production and business activities in the spirit of Resolution 68-NQ/TW on private economic development is a focus of the ward.

Phu Bai implements effective solutions to attract investment for development, improve the quality of commercial services and other services; arrange to improve the quality of services at markets, form and develop supermarkets and commercial centers in the central area.

The locality promotes planning, calls on businesses with brands, experience and resources to invest and exploit tourism products with strengths such as eco-tourism and community tourism; mobilizes and encourages businesses and people to invest in upgrading tourism facilities and infrastructure such as hotels, accommodation facilities, restaurants, products, artifacts and gifts for tourists.

Trade and service cooperatives and cooperative groups in agricultural production are encouraged to form and develop; the State's policies on private and household economic development, industrial promotion policies for enterprises and production establishments, and support for farmers to develop production, expand industries, and expand scale towards commodity production are well implemented.
