Stirring clip of man clinging to the front of a moving car in Ha Tinh City

(PLVN) - Ha Tinh Provincial Police are investigating the incident where a man was found clinging to the hood of a car running on the road in Ha Tinh City after a traffic collision.

The Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Police, in coordination with Bac Ha Ward Police and Tan Giang Ward Police, is inviting relevant parties to clarify the traffic collision that led to the incident in which a man clung to the front of a car running on Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street, Ha Tinh City.

Initial information, at 11:25 on June 14, car with license plate 30A - 140.xx driven by Mr. S (born in 1957, residing in Tan Giang ward, Ha Tinh city) and car with license plate 38A - 574.xx driven by Mr. Th (born in 1972, residing in Huong Son district) collided on Hai Thuong Lan Ong street - near Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital, Bac Ha ward, Ha Tinh city.

After the collision, an argument broke out between the two drivers. Before the collision was resolved, Mr. S drove car 30A – 140.xx away from the scene. At this time, Mr. Th stood in front of Mr. S’s car.

However, Mr. S still drove away. Mr. Th clung to the hood of car 30A – 140.xx. Mr. S drove the car on Hai Thuong Lan Ong street, despite Mr. Th still clinging to the front of the vehicle.

Upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Police coordinated with other units to verify.

The cause of the incident is under investigation.
