Truck spills unusual black liquid on National Highway 1A

On June 13, a reader of SGGP Newspaper reported that a truck appeared on National Highway 1A (through Hau Giang), with a stream of black water continuously flowing from the truck bed onto the road.

According to the report, at around 6:00 p.m. (June 12), on National Highway 1A, in Hau Giang province, a truck (with a refrigerated container-like body) continuously leaked out an unusual black liquid.

Video footage shows that the truck with license plate 95A-172.52 was traveling on the Nga Bay City bypass (National Highway 1A) in the direction from Hau Giang to Soc Trang .

Observation of the video images shows that the liquid above is black (viscous), continuously flowing down the road from the truck bed (at the rear of the vehicle). The black liquid flowing down from the truck leaves a long water trail on the road.

According to the report, there were two men on the truck with license plate 95A-172.52 at the time, including a driver and a conductor.
