Unable to decide the winner after 2 regular periods, in the penalty shootout, U.9 Ban Me Ngoc Hung excellently defeated their opponent 5-4.

In the final match, U.9 HYS Hanoi surprisingly lost to U.9 Phu Tho with a score of 0-1.
