Specifically, in Cua Rao 2 village (Tuong Duong commune) and the outlying villages of Luong Minh commune, the delegation presented 40 gifts (16 gifts in Cua Rao 2, 24 gifts in Luong Minh), each worth from 1.5 to 1.9 million VND; for households whose houses were washed away or completely collapsed.

In Xieng Tam village (My Ly commune), the delegation presented 105 support packages, of which 62 households whose houses were washed away or completely collapsed received 1.5 million VND/household; 43 households whose houses were damaged by more than 50% received 1 million VND/household. In Xieng Tren village, 36 households with severe damage received 1 million VND/household. In addition, benefactors provided an additional 400,000 VND to households in especially difficult circumstances. The total value of gifts and cash given in this relief campaign was up to more than 240 million VND.


In parallel with the above activities, Van Tu commune also mobilized cadres, civil servants, public employees and people in the commune to donate and support through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province with a total amount of 110 million VND./.
