Main targets for the 2025 – 2030 term:

1. Strive for total food output to reach 2,000 tons/year.

2. Strive to achieve and exceed the assigned annual budget revenue target.

3. Mobilize 100% of school-age children to go to school; Maintain the standard of Universal Literacy Education. Maintain the implementation of the model of "Child-friendly Commune".

4. Implement and maintain compliance with national healthcare criteria.

5. Strive to annually achieve the rate of households participating in health insurance reaching over 95%, and social insurance reaching the assigned target.

6. Reduce the average multidimensional poverty rate by 1%-1.5% per year.

7. By 2030, strive for 97% of households to achieve the title of cultural family, and every year 12/12 villages maintain the title of cultural village.

8. Maintain the commune's standards to meet new rural standards, moving towards achieving advanced new rural standards.

9. Enlist troops to meet the targets assigned by superiors, build forces, mobilize militia to participate in annual training to reach 100% of targets, and annually maintain the commune to achieve "Security and order safety".

10. The Government, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations are assessed as having completed their tasks well or better.

11. Implement administrative reform and digital transformation well.

12. During the term, strive to admit 80 new party members.

13. Strive to have 80% or more Party cells completing their tasks well each year, and the Commune Party Committee completing its tasks well each year.
