Also attending the Congress were representatives of provincial departments and branches, former leaders of Duc Linh district (old), representatives of Party leaders of neighboring localities and 150 official delegates from 30 affiliated Party organizations, representing 560 Party members of the entire commune Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Van Tri, Secretary of Tra Tan Commune Party Committee, delivered the opening speech of the Congress.

The first Congress of Tra Tan Commune Party Committee was solemnly held on the basis of merging 3 administrative units: Dong Ha, Tan Ha and Tra Tan with a natural area of 135.94 ^km2 , population of 29,638 people/12 villages. The Congress was held in the belief, expectation and high political determination of the entire Party Committee, government and people of Tra Tan Commune.

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, comrade Nguyen Van Tri, Secretary of the Tra Tan Commune Party Committee, said: During the past term, with the close and timely leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the support of the provincial departments, branches and sectors, and the efforts of the Party Committee, the government and the people of Tra Tan, most of the socio -economic, national defense, security, Party building and political system building targets were completed. Many important goals and tasks were carried out on schedule. However, there are still shortcomings that need to be overcome in the coming term...

Attending and giving a speech at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Hong Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Tra Tan Commune needs to quickly stabilize its organization, build a great solidarity bloc, unify will and action within the entire Party Committee. This is the top priority, prerequisite and most decisive task in the current period.

The new Party Executive Committee needs to focus on leadership and direction to thoroughly grasp the correct policies of the Party and State on the arrangement of administrative units. It is necessary to do a good job of ideological work to create high consensus and unity among cadres, civil servants and people of all walks of life. It is necessary to build scientific working regulations, clearly assign tasks, eliminate old administrative boundaries, create a truly unified block, look in the same direction, and act together for a common goal.

Focus on socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security, improve people's lives, create a breakthrough to affirm the position towards a modern industrial society. Investment in construction and development of industrial zones and clusters will contribute to creating more jobs, increasing people's income, promoting local socio-economic development.

It is necessary to proactively coordinate to speed up the progress of key projects in the area such as: The Southern Industrial Park Project (formerly Binh Thuan) with a scale of about 1,006 hectares (phase 1 is 300 hectares). Planning traffic infrastructure connecting with expressways to create favorable conditions for connection and development.

We must create a favorable environment for the private economy to develop. We must focus on developing unique, high-quality products, associated with preserving and promoting traditional cultural values. We must strengthen national defense and security, maintain social order and safety; promptly address issues arising from the grassroots, and prevent hot spots from occurring.

Promote comprehensive digital transformation in all areas. The Party Committee of the commune needs to thoroughly grasp and concretize into appropriate action plans and programs. It is necessary to improve the operational efficiency of the Public Administration Service Center, providing 100% of qualified and complete online public services. Promote the digitization of records and data, and build a digital government to serve people and businesses quickly, conveniently and transparently.

Take care of comprehensive development of cultural and social fields, constantly improve the material and spiritual life of the people. Development must go hand in hand with social progress and equity. Continue to invest in education, health care, improve the quality of human resources. Build and develop a modern Tra Tan commune culture with strong national identity. Implement well social security policies, sustainable poverty reduction, care for policy families and people with meritorious services. Must ensure that all people enjoy the fruits of development.

Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system, associated with promoting administrative reform. This is a key task to ensure the comprehensive leadership of the Party. Continuing to effectively implement the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (term XII, XIII) on Party building and rectification associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations associated with building a contingent of cadres and Party members with bright minds, high talents, great intelligence, close to the people, and responsible to serve the people.

To effectively implement the above tasks, we especially emphasize the requirement that the Provincial Party Secretary has directed: It must be implemented in the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear results, clear deadlines, clear roadmaps". After being issued, the Resolution must be concretized into detailed programs and action plans, assigned to each individual and collective to take responsibility, with specific completion times, and clear evaluation criteria. Only then can we turn the Resolution into a vivid reality...

At the Congress, delegates listened to a number of presentations on experiences and effective methods in implementing the Party Committee's tasks. Through the presentations, solutions were proposed to contribute to improving the quality of leadership and direction of the Tra Tan Commune Party Committee in the coming time. At the same time, delegates voted to approve important contents in the draft Resolution of the Congress and the local socio-economic development targets for the 2025-2030 term.

According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of Tra Tan Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 21 comrades, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has 8 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Van Tri holds the position of Secretary of Tra Tan Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
