At the Congress, delegates focused on discussing and comprehensively evaluating the results achieved in all aspects of work, proposing fundamental solutions to successfully implement the targets and tasks set out in the new term.

Based on the identification of 4 breakthroughs for leadership and implementation, the Party Committee of Ngo May commune strives to have over 90% of Party cells completing their tasks well every year; the rate of new Party members admitted every year is 3% or more compared to the total number of Party members. The average growth rate of total product value for the whole term is 7.92%; attracting 5 new projects; retail sales of goods and services reach 520 billion VND; total state budget revenue in the area reaches 43.3 billion VND, an average annual increase of 4%; average income per capita/year at actual prices reaches 82.5 million VND; forest coverage rate reaches 43.3%; the rate of households using hygienic water reaches 100%, of which the rate of centralized clean water use reaches 100%; the rate of household waste collection reaches 90% or more.

Speaking at the Congress, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Finance Tran Cang acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Ngo May Commune Party Committee in the past term; at the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the Commune Party Committee continue to promote democracy, maintain discipline, focus on leading and implementing well the assigned political tasks. Perfect the streamlined government apparatus, operate effectively, efficiently, and be close to the people, meeting the expectations of the people.

The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the appointment of the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee; the positions of Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Inspection Committee, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee, for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, the Party Executive Committee of Ngo May commune has 25 comrades; comrade Pham Ngoc Thai was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune.
