The teaching staff is basically sufficient in number and has a high proportion of qualified teachers at all three levels. The investment in facilities is relatively uniform: 100% of classrooms and functional rooms are solidified, 88.24% of public schools meet national standards. Equipment, libraries, computers, and basic facilities meet teaching requirements.
The whole commune has 362/510 students admitted to high school in the 2025-2026 school year, reaching a rate of 71%; 722/737 students passed the high school graduation exam in 2025, reaching a rate of 97.96%.
Preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools have completed the first round of enrollment before June 30, 2025. Of which, the preschool level mobilized 107/433 children (under 36 months) to attend class, accounting for 24.7%; preschool children (3-4 years old) to attend class, accounting for 599/814, accounting for 90%; 5-year-old children were 578/609, accounting for 94.9%; primary school level enrolled 1st grade students at 100%; secondary school level enrolled 6th grade students at 100%.

At the meeting, representatives of the People's Committee of Krong Ana commune reported on the organization of summer activities, enrollment at the beginning of the school year, and preparation of teaching conditions for the 2025-2026 school year. At the same time, they raised difficulties and obstacles of educational institutions and made a number of proposals and recommendations such as: implementing the integration of diplomas and certificates under the management authority of educational management agencies on a digital platform via the VneID application to replace paper records; allocating additional budget sources for localities to effectively implement the Project "Strengthening the application of information technology and digital transformation in education and training for the period 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030"; soon providing instructions for teaching 2 sessions/day for general education; There is a plan to build an educational management ecosystem consisting of many subsystems applying information technology and digital transformation in schools and synchronizing, sharing, and connecting with the Management System of the Ministry of Education and Training to perform statistics, reporting, and data mining on shared digital technology platforms...
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Luu Tien Quang requested educational institutions in the area to continue promoting initiatives, organizing programs and activities to create a positive learning environment for students during the summer; prepare well for facilities and teaching staff, as well as create favorable conditions for parents and students in the enrollment registration process, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to access quality education.
To prepare for the new school year, he suggested that educational institutions focus on improving teaching quality, updating curriculum, and paying special attention to promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in teaching and educational management.
