Hiep Duc Commune launched a campaign to support the Fund for promoting learning and talents.

DNO - On the afternoon of August 14, Hiep Duc commune launched a campaign to support the Fund for encouraging learning and talents among cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of Party, government, and Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies of the commune.

Through the launch, a total amount of 16.7 million VND was received for the commune's scholarship and talent promotion fund. The activity aims to concretize the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Hiep Duc commune (term 2025 - 2030) on the target of establishing a scholarship and talent promotion fund.

Mr. Le Quang Quynh, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Hiep Duc commune, said that the commune previously issued an open letter to officials, people, agencies, businesses, and philanthropists inside and outside the commune about supporting the establishment of the Hiep Duc commune Scholarship and Talent Promotion Fund.

All support from cadres and people of Hiep Duc commune is sent to the Party Committee of the branch where they work and study. Hiep Duc Commune Scholarship Fund will accompany and motivate students with difficult circumstances and talents of Hiep Duc hometown in all fields.
