Overcoming floods, climbing hills to supply necessities to people in isolated areas

After many days of isolation due to the only bridge leading to the residential area being washed away by floodwaters, on the afternoon of July 24, the first working group reached Chan village, Tuong Duong commune, bringing essential supplies to the people.

The heavy flood caused by the rain that has lasted for many days has caused the suspension bridge connecting to Chan village, in Tuong Duong commune, to be swept away, completely isolating the households in the village.
