Vinhomes lists $500 million bonds in Singapore

(NLDO)- Vinhomes has been approved for its application to issue 500 million international bonds and list on the Singapore stock exchange.

*VHM: Vinhomes Joint Stock Company announced that it has just been approved to issue 500 million USD in international bonds and list on the Singapore Stock Exchange through the listing agent, Linklaters Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Vinhomes also announced information on the transfer of all capital contributions to partners at its subsidiary, LIGHTHOUSE I Real Estate Development Company Limited (located in Van Giang district, Hung Yen province).

*KDH: Ms. Truong Ngoc Phuong, representative of the foreign investor group Dragon Capital, announced that she acquired an additional 1.1 million KDH shares of Khang Dien Housing Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, increasing her ownership ratio from 90.74 million shares (8.97%) to 91.84 million shares (9.08%). to more than 1%.
