Artist Tien Quang (Quang Teo) said that beauty queens must have intelligence in addition to beauty. And intelligence cannot "act" to outshine experienced actors like him and the other judges.

"Once on stage, we know immediately whether someone is confident in their face, body, and speech," Quang Teo said.

With 40 years of experience in the acting profession, artist Quang Teo believes that he will be able to choose truly talented and beautiful people. Artists who are judges in beauty pageants will be more successful in choosing perfect candidates.

People's Artist Tran Nhuong said that artists are like silkworms that spin silk to beautify life, so they know how to look at life and what is beautiful.

"We have been working in culture and art all our lives, so we certainly have the experience to see beauty and find candidates more accurately.

Miss Culture Vietnam 2025 accepts single mothers

Regarding the Miss Culture Vietnam 2025 contest, head of the contest organizing committee Phan Kim Oanh said that Miss Culture Vietnam was created to find a model woman who possesses modern beauty, bravery and intelligence, and also understands and respects traditional values.

Not only a beauty contest, this is also a place to honor the beauty of Vietnamese culture from costumes, language, cuisine to rituals and customs; create a bridge between the young generation and heritage, arouse national pride; at the same time inspire a beautiful, standard and patriotic lifestyle.

Miss Culture, therefore, is not only beautiful but also a cultural ambassador, with the mission of connecting the past and present, contributing to affirming Vietnam's position on the world cultural map.

The contest recruits female Vietnamese citizens aged 18-33, 1m63 or taller, never married (single mothers are accepted), and graduated from high school or higher. The winner of the Miss Culture Vietnam 2025 contest will be selected to represent Vietnam at Miss Multicultural World.

The final night of Miss Multicultural Vietnam 2025 is expected to take place on November 23 in Hanoi.

The judges, in addition to the 5 actors mentioned above, also include beauty queens who have won beauty contests organized by Ms. Phan Kim Oanh in recent years: Vu Thi Hoa, Nguyen Thi Thua, Nguyen Thi Huyen, Sao Mai.
