Mobilized more than 67.84 billion VND for the Fund for the Poor

That is the amount of money that the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province mobilized the entire population to support the Fund for the Poor in the first 6 months of 2025, reaching 545.06% of the target. Of which, the provincial level is more than 61.085 billion VND, the district level is more than 5.348 billion VND, and the commune level is more than 1.407 billion VND.

From support sources, up to now, the Fatherland Front at all levels has disbursed more than 108 billion VND to support families of meritorious people, poor and near-poor households, and households affected by Agent Orange/dioxin in the province to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025. The Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee has also disbursed 69 million VND from voluntary contributions at the provincial level to support 1 family whose fishing boat collided with an underwater object, broke water and completely sank while exploiting aquatic products at sea; 7 households whose relatives died due to drowning; 1 household whose relatives died due to traffic accidents.

In particular, implementing Project 5362/DA-MTTQ-BTT on replicating economic development models to help poor and near-poor households escape poverty sustainably, in the period of 2024-2029, up to now, the Provincial Fatherland Front has disbursed 9.24 billion VND to support 462 households, with a support level of 20 million VND/household to implement economic development models in the localities of Son Hoa, Dong Xuan, Tuy An, Tay Hoa, Song Cau, Dong Hoa, Phu Hoa, Song Hinh and the Provincial Farmers' Association.
