On July 30, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province held its first conference for the 2024-2029 term. Attending and directing the conference was comrade Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Comrade Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that this is the first conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province in the new term, which is orienting and establishing the foundation for the entire term. The conference will discuss and unanimously approve the Working Regulations of the Committee and the Standing Committee, creating an important legal basis to ensure the principle of collective leadership and individual responsibility; promote democracy, discipline and order; enhance the role of chairing consultation, coordination and unification of action of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new period.

The conference will also approve the Program of coordination and unified action for the last 6 months of 2025. After merging the organizational apparatus, the task is not only to stabilize but also to innovate thinking and working methods. In particular, the focus is on innovating propaganda, mobilization, gathering people, building a great national unity bloc, creating social consensus in implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines.

He suggested promoting the effectiveness of social supervision and criticism; actively contributing ideas to Party and government building; strengthening the role of member organizations, accompanying the government in mobilizing union members, association members and people to respond to patriotic emulation campaigns and movements.

At the conference, delegates gave their opinions on the Draft Working Regulations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Standing Committee; the Program of coordination and unified action for the last 6 months of 2025.

The conference also agreed on the Program of coordination and unified action for the last 6 months of 2025 with 6 key tasks and 10 targets. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee directed to continue to promote propaganda, mobilization, and gathering of people from all walks of life, consolidating and promoting the great national unity bloc. Focus on propaganda about the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at all levels, towards the Vietnam Fatherland Front National Congress, term 2026-2031; Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Implement activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Traditional Day and the National Great Unity Day in the direction of streamlining the Ceremony part and diversifying and enlivening the Festival part. Continue to implement the Project "Strengthening the mobilization and solidarity of religions", mobilizing religious dignitaries and officials to participate in giving opinions on the draft documents of the Party Congresses at all levels.

At the same time, promote propaganda and prevent acts of exploiting religion to divide the great national unity bloc. The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee also strengthens supervision and social criticism activities, implements democracy, participates in Party and government building. Encourages people to compete, be creative, and effectively carry out patriotic movements and major campaigns.
