At the ceremony, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Y Thi Bich Tho called on all cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Front to promote the spirit of friendship, solidarity, mutual love and support to join hands to support and share difficulties with the Cuban people.
