Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrade Nguyen Le Thuy - Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science , Technology and Environment and members of the working delegation.

On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Phung Thanh Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, together with leaders of the Irrigation Investment and Construction Management Board 4 and related departments and offices.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh affirmed that “Our National Assembly has devoted itself to the people and the country, and has gloriously fulfilled its duties as representatives of the people”. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style, over the years, the leadership and staff of the National Assembly’s Committee on Science, Technology, and Environment have always been united, had a sense of responsibility, innovated strongly, and achieved high results in all areas of work.
