Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee has issued decisions to reclaim land and assign the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to manage 57 land plots and plots in the province. Through reviewing the records, up to now, the center has received records, documents and land in the field from the competent authorities for receiving and managing 38 land plots and plots according to regulations; the remaining 19 land plots and plots in the communes and wards of Cam Linh, Dai Lanh, Nha Trang, Bac Nha Trang, Tay Nha Trang, Nam Nha Trang have not received records, documents and land in the field from the competent authorities for the center to receive and manage according to regulations.
