Metro Line No. 1 Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien officially operates

(Hochiminhciy.gov.vn) - On the morning of December 22, the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien urban railway line No. 1 (Metro Line No. 1) using ODA capital from Japan was officially put into operation. This event marks the beginning of the formation of the urban railway network of Ho Chi Minh City, aiming to modernize the public transport system, meet the travel needs of the city's people, and contribute to building Ho Chi Minh City with a good quality of life.

Speaking at the ceremony, Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Management Board (MAUR) Phan Cong Bang informed about the project construction process.
