According to Mr. Hoang Xuan Thi (born in 1963, residing in Nghe An province, a worker constructing the Vung Ang - Bung expressway project), the terrain of the Vung Ang - Bung expressway project through Ha Tinh is complicated, the weather conditions are unfavorable, especially in recent days the heat has been very uncomfortable, combined with strong Lao winds, making it very difficult and tiring for people working on the construction site.

However, everyone tried their best to do well the tasks assigned by the investor and contractor, determined to ensure the project was completed on schedule. Everyone felt proud to contribute a small part of their efforts to the construction of the country's key traffic project.

The Vung Ang - Bung expressway project through Ha Tinh province has many key viaducts crossing mountainous terrain, lakes, dams, rivers, streams and valleys through Ky Hoa and Ky Lac communes.

Now, after a long period of construction, the items have been basically completed. The area where these bridges are located will create a prominent highlight on the highway with charming and majestic natural scenery.
