Search for woman who entered kindergarten suspected of kidnapping 3-year-old girl

(NLDO) - Authorities in Thuy Nguyen City ( Hai Phong ) are urgently searching for the woman who entered the school and took a 3-year-old child out.

On the morning of January 14, information from the People's Committee of Thien Huong Ward, Thuy Nguyen City (Hai Phong) said that the authorities are urgently verifying and clarifying the case of a woman entering a kindergarten suspected of kidnapping a 3-year-old girl.

According to initial information, on the afternoon of January 13, at Thien Huong Kindergarten, a woman came in to play with the children in the school yard, then she took a 3-year-old girl out of the school.

Late in the afternoon, when the child's family came to pick him up, they discovered that he was missing. At the same time, the family determined that no relatives had been entrusted to pick him up, so they reported it to the police.

Upon receiving the information, the authorities promptly took action, extracted the camera system and determined that after taking the girl out of the school yard, the woman took a taxi to Tran Nguyen Han Street (Le Chan District, Hai Phong City), about 20 km from Thien Huong Kindergarten and lost track.

Continuing the investigation, the police determined that this woman was born in 1987, from Lam Dong commune (now Hoang Lam ward, Thuy Nguyen city). This person had a history of mental illness, was unmarried, and often went to kindergartens to play with children.

Currently, authorities are urgently searching for the whereabouts of the woman and the child.
