Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine has just announced the tuition fees for full-time undergraduate training programs for the 2025-2026 school year along with new regulations on tuition payment methods.

Tuition fees for special programs vary greatly.

Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine stipulates tuition fees for first, second, and third year students of medicine, traditional medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy at 27.6 million VND/semester (ie 55.2 million VND/school year); for bachelor's degree programs, it is 20.9 million VND/semester (41.8 million VND/school year).

For 4th year students majoring in medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy, tuition is also 27.6 million VND/semester, while for undergraduate majors it is 20.025 million VND/semester.

From the 5th year onwards, tuition fees for medical, dental, and pharmaceutical majors are 17,525 million VND/semester.

Meanwhile, the tuition fees for specific training programs and majors vary greatly. Specifically, the tuition fee for the Vietnamese-German medical program is 115 million VND/semester (230 million VND/school year).

Students who are trained by address have a tuition of 42.35 million VND/semester for general medicine and 30.25 million VND/semester for bachelor's degrees.

Previously, the school also announced the expected tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year in the 2025 regular university admission information, equivalent to last year, but the expected roadmap is to increase tuition fees by a maximum of 10% for each year.

Late payment of tuition fees will not be recorded in the registration results of the subjects and will be banned from taking exams.

The school also notes how to pay tuition fees. Each student has their own student code, do not use someone else's student code to pay tuition fees. The person transferring money on behalf of the student must write the student's name, do not use the name of the person transferring the money.

The school recommends using Mobile banking 24/7 or Internet banking 24/7 to transfer money to the school account as quickly as possible.

After successful transfer, students are required to keep the deposit/transfer receipt or take a screenshot of the successful transfer on their phone.

Tuition payment deadline for semester 1 is from August 15 to September 5; semester 2 is from January 5, 2026 to January 20, 2026. For final year students, tuition payment deadline for semester 2 is from December 20, 2025 to January 10, 2026.

For new university students admitted in 2025, follow the admission procedure instructions for candidates admitted to the regular university program in 2025 of the school.

The school also said that it has implemented tuition collection via QR code, so the payment portal is only open during the above specified period.

After the deadline for paying tuition fees according to the new regulations, if students have not fulfilled their obligation to pay tuition fees for the academic year, semester of the 2025-2026 academic year and previous academic years, their student accounts, Microsoft Teams accounts, registration results for subjects and credits will not be recorded, they will be banned from taking exams for subjects and credits, they will not be granted certificates (administrative procedures)..., all complaints will not be resolved.

In cases where students are in particularly difficult circumstances and are eligible for tuition fee exemption or reduction according to Government regulations, they must submit an application for tuition fee exemption or reduction to the Student Affairs Office for consideration and resolution by the Board of Directors.
