Reporting to the inspection delegation, Colonel Ho Sy Chien, Party Committee Secretary and Political Commissar of Division 10, said that in the first 6 months of 2025, the Party Committee and Command of Division 10 and Party Committees and Commanders at all levels have seriously grasped the resolutions and directives of Party Committees at all levels, plans and instructions of higher levels, and comprehensively and synchronously implemented Party work, political work, and military and national defense work.

Notably, the Division has strictly implemented regulations and guidelines on politicaleducation work, built a model unit on political education; participated in the 5th Political Essay Writing Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints widely and qualitatively, with 2,237 entries.

The Division well organized the Emulation Movement for Victory and other movements and campaigns, and carried out emulation and reward work closely. Strictly implemented directives, plans, and instructions from superiors on Party congresses at all levels, and held congresses in subordinate Party organizations; Party discipline and regime were maintained, leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and Party cells were constantly improved; built a contingent of cadres to meet requirements and tasks; and built strong mass organizations.

The unit has effectively implemented security protection, mass mobilization, special propaganda, policy work and gratitude activities. The Division has supported the demolition of 58 temporary and dilapidated houses for people in Kon Tum (now Quang Ngai) and Dak Lak provinces; supported the construction of 11 Comrades' Houses; and provided support money to 264 students under the project "Army officers and soldiers help children go to school" with a budget of more than 1.9 billion VND...

After inspecting and grasping the situation at the agencies and units of Division 10 and listening to reports and opinions exchanged at the working session, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung commended and highly appreciated the results of Party work, political work and some military work of Division 10.

The Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army requested that in the coming time, the Party Committee and the Commander of Division 10 and Party Committees and Commanders at all levels continue to thoroughly grasp the resolutions and directives of the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense. Grasp the local situation, especially after the reorganization of local military agencies and two-level local authorities, adjust and supplement combat readiness plans, organize training and practice closely, and absolutely avoid being passive or surprised in any situation.

Division 10 needs to continue to innovate and improve the quality of Party and political activities; promote political and ideological education, promote the tradition of the unit twice Hero of the People's Armed Forces; educate, build and inspire all cadres and soldiers to strive to train steadfast political will, high determination, and strive to successfully complete all assigned tasks. Comprehensively and substantially deploy mass mobilization work, policy work, and the Army's rear, care for and improve the material and spiritual life of cadres and soldiers. Prepare and successfully organize the Division Party Congress. In particular, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung suggested many contents for the Division 10 Party Committee to study and include in the political report and discuss at the congress.
