Cao Bang Provincial Employment Service Center organizes Job Fair 2025

Implementing Sub-project 3 "Project on developing vocational education and creating jobs for workers in ethnic minority and mountainous areas" under Project 5 of the National Target Program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas . From May 30, 2025 to June 9, 2025, Cao Bang Provincial Employment Service Center organized 03 "Job Fairs" at 03 high schools in Ha Quang and Quang Hoa districts (Dam Quang Trung High School, Ha Quang district; Quang Uyen High School, Phuc Hoa High School, Quang Hoa district) with over 1,050 students attending.

Ms. Dang Thi Long Bien - Director of Cao Bang Provincial Employment Service Center delivered the opening speech at the Job Fair at Phuc Hoa High School, Quang Hoa District.

The job fair was organized by the Cao Bang Provincial Employment Service Center with the coordination and participation of 05 vocational training and labor recruitment units including Vietnam College of Coal and Minerals; Tam Nhat Consulting and Service Joint Stock Company; NEWWING INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd.; GOERTEK VINA Company; HYDRODYNAMIC VIETNAM Company. At the job fair, the Employment Service Center disseminated to students about labor law policies, employment, and labor market; representatives of units and enterprises presented, discussed, and shared experiences in training human resources associated with job creation; exchanged information related to a number of issues such as: future development trends of the labor market; providing information on careers, training, job vacancies, enrollment and recruitment needs of schools and businesses... Thereby, helping students have the opportunity to meet and dialogue with training institutions, units, businesses, receive career orientation advice; choose a training major, find a job suitable to their abilities and qualifications or choose a training major according to their needs.

This is an activity organized annually by the Employment Service Center to create connections between businesses and local workers to contribute to solving employment problems for local workers.

At the end of the job fair, students were given documents and information about vocational training and the labor market to continue learning and researching, and more than 360 students registered to find jobs and learn vocational training after graduating from high school.
