During 15 days (from July 16 to 30), more than 100 officers and soldiers of Regiment 24, together with the people, union members and youth of Kon Dao commune, renovating more than 500m of dirt roads to production areas; dredging more than 8km of canals and drainage ditches; renovating and repairing more than 20km of inter-village roads; planting more than 2.5km of flower roads; expanding and leveling the ground of 2 communal houses; cleaning, digging garbage pits, planting trees at 3 school campuses; supporting working days to build charity houses, and renovating home gardens for families with preferential policies; organizing free haircuts for hundreds of children and the elderly.

In particular, the Regiment has chaired and coordinated the successful organization of cultural exchange programs, law dissemination; organized incense offering, flower offering, candle lighting in gratitude at the martyrs' cemetery of Dak To commune, Kon Dao commune memorial house, historical relic of high point 601 and presented 23 gifts, totaling more than 13 million VND to policy families and meritorious people in Kon Dao commune, Dak To commune ( Quang Ngai province) on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 / July 27, 2025). In addition, the unit also presented more than 4,000 sets of used clothes, along with shoes, sandals, school books, and personal belongings to the people and students.
