Deploying the evaluation of the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose 2025"

Implementing the direction of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, on August 21, the Department of Finance issued Document No. 1934 on coordinating with relevant agencies and units to implement the evaluation of the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose 2025".

Accordingly, the conditions for participating in the evaluation are that female entrepreneurs hold the following positions: Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Members, Director, General Director of the enterprise (in some special cases, they can be Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice Chairman of the Board of Members; Deputy Director, Deputy General Director of the enterprise but directly participate in the operation and management of the enterprise, have a decisive role and have outstanding achievements contributing to the development of the enterprise); have good moral qualities, strictly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, internal rules and regulations of the agency, organization and place of residence; have held a stable and continuously developing enterprise management position for 7 years or more (the time participating in and operating different enterprises can be accumulated); have held a management and operation position of the enterprise registered to participate in the evaluation of the title for at least the last 3 years; Comply with other provisions of law related to production and business activities of entrepreneurs and enterprises.

Criteria for enterprises led by female entrepreneurs include: Conducting business in compliance with the law, paying taxes in full and fulfilling obligations to the State; having an advanced corporate governance system; having high capacity in technology and innovation, competitiveness of the enterprise and its products and services; production and business performance (period 2022 - 2024); policies for employees and mass organizations in the enterprise; implementing corporate social responsibility (period 2022 - 2024).
