The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports and the Ho Chi Minh City Command in coordination with relevant units will organize the exhibition from August 19 to September 5 at Nguyen Hue walking street (from Ngo Duc Ke to Ton Duc Thang); Dong Khoi street (in front of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports, opposite Chi Lang park); Sai Gon ward and No. 1 Ba Cu (Vung Tau ward).

For cultural and artistic activities, Ho Chi Minh City will organize a live television broadcast of a special art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the 80th anniversary of the Saigon Uprising to seize power (August 25, 1945 - August 25, 2025).
This program will take place at 7:30 p.m. on September 2 at Nguyen Hue walking street (intersection with Huynh Thuc Khang street, Saigon ward). The outdoor stage of the new city center park (Binh Duong ward) and Thuy Van square (Vung Tau ward).
In addition, Ho Chi Minh City also organized 20 art performances in wards and communes to serve the people.
3 high-altitude fireworks display locations
On September 2, Ho Chi Minh City will organize a 15-minute fireworks display, from 9:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
3 high-altitude fireworks display locations include: the Saigon River tunnel entrance area (An Khanh ward), the new city center area (Binh Duong ward) and the central square of Bai Sau (Vung Tau ward).
In addition, there will be a low-altitude fireworks display at Dam Sen Cultural Park (Binh Thoi Ward).
