Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong speaks at the program

Speaking at the program, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong affirmed: 78 years have passed, July 27 has become a symbol of gratitude and the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", "When eating fruit, remember the person who planted the tree", a red thread running through the flow of Vietnamese culture. Millions of outstanding children have fallen so that the Fatherland "blooms with independence, bears the fruit of freedom". Responding to that great sacrifice is not only with words, but also with practical actions of each individual and the entire political and social system.
