Giving gifts and water wells to people in border areas

As part of a series of activities to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day July 27 (1947 - 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam September 2 (1945 - 2025), on July 4 - 6, La Lay International Border Guard Station coordinated with the Noi.VN Charity Association; Hanoi City Youth Volunteer Association; Vaeco Han Volunteer Group, Vietnam Archives Business Association, Youth Union of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee Office to organize a charity program to give gifts and wells for daily use to people and students in the villages: Pire 1, Pire 2, La Lay, Ty Ne, La Lay commune, Quang Tri province.

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 426 gifts to policy beneficiaries and students in the area, each gift worth 300,000 VND including necessities such as cooking oil, rice, MSG, candy and cash; presented 4 wells for daily use, each well worth 45,000,000 VND. The total cost of organizing the program was over 300 million VND.

This is an activity to show gratitude of officers and soldiers of La Lay International Border Guard Station to the people in the border area who have loved, protected, stood shoulder to shoulder with the border guards in managing and protecting the territorial sovereignty , border security, sea and islands of the Fatherland.
