Presenting 500 gifts to disadvantaged households in Tho Lap commune

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) and the Vu Lan festival of filial piety 2025, on the morning of August 30, Tho Lap commune coordinated with Quang Phuc pagoda (Tho Lap commune) and the Green Leaf Fund - Dong Cao pagoda (Hung Yen province) to organize gift giving to associations in difficult circumstances in the area.

At the ceremony, Tho Lap commune coordinated with Quang Phuc pagoda and the Green Leaf Fund - Dong Cao pagoda ( Hung Yen province) to present 500 gifts, each worth more than 500 thousand VND to poor and near-poor households with difficult circumstances in the commune.

It is known that in recent times, the Green Leaf Fund - Dong Cao Pagoda has carried out many meaningful social activities, demonstrating community responsibility and gratitude to those who have contributed to the country; sharing and supporting the poor and those in difficult circumstances, bringing confidence and spiritual encouragement to the supported subjects, helping them to reduce difficulties and gradually improve their lives.
