The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a communication plan to promote people to use the application "Ho Chi Minh City Digital Citizen App - Connecting citizens and the government", contributing to building a modern, practical, and people-friendly digital government.

According to the plan, from now until the end of 2025 (phase 1), Ho Chi Minh City will maintain communication activities and collect feedback from users, organizations, and conduct surveys to perfect the application. At the same time, regularly update new features, aiming to integrate the application into a multi-utility platform.

From 2026 (phase 2), the city will continue to maintain regular communication, update new information and features. In particular, ensure information is posted regularly and continuously; build new features necessary for people and the government...

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee requires ensuring that the application operates stably and smoothly, providing utilities that practically serve people's lives, while creating a simple and fast two-way communication channel between people and the government. Communication about the Digital Citizen App will be widely deployed, targeting all audiences, with a special focus on young people, students, and households.
