On the afternoon of June 26, Tuy Hoa City People's Committee held a conference to announce the planning projects. These are the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 for the Tuy Hoa City Solid Waste Landfill Expansion Investment Project (phase 1); the zoning plan at a scale of 1/2000 for the area south of Dong Nai River, An Phu Commune; and the adjustment of the zoning plan for construction and renovation at a scale of 1/2000 for Phuoc Hau residential area.

According to Tuy Hoa City People's Committee, the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for the area south of Dong Nai River on an area of ​​75.43 hectares aims to build a Long Thuy Community Cultural Tourism Village model; combining existing residential areas to create a fully planned area to create living conditions for residents here...

The 1/2000 scale construction and renovation zoning plan for Phuoc Hau residential area is adjusted in terms of the planning area boundary, area scale and population, along with technical economic indicators...
