The Admissions Council of the Academy of Finance notes that, for the combined admission method, the admission score (Score) is calculated according to the formula: Score = {Score of subject 1 + Score of subject 2 + Score of subject 3 (multiplied by coefficient 2)}*3/4.
In which, the score of subject 1 is the 2025 high school graduation exam score in Mathematics; The score of subject 2 is the average converted score from the learning results of the entire year of grades 10, 11, 12 of the 3 subjects in the admission combination on a 10-point scale. The Academy will announce the conversion rules after the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam are available according to the general instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Conversion score of outstanding academic results, international English certificate (converted on a 10-point scale according to the conversion table) or highest high school graduation exam score in 4 subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Literature, English).
Thus, in addition to being converted to a 10-point scale for English scores, this score is also multiplied by 2 to help increase the candidate's score.
In addition, with the admission method based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, candidates with international English certificates will also have their scores converted and their English scores replaced in the admission combinations.
At the University of Science - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, candidates with an IELTS English certificate of 5.5 or higher or equivalent international English certificates will be converted into English scores for admission combined with the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam to meet the total score of Math and one remaining subject in the admission combination of at least 15 points.
Candidates who have an international English certificate as prescribed but take the exam and have an English score in the 2025 high school graduation exam cannot use the English certificate score to convert into university admission score according to the method of considering the 2025 high school graduation exam results.

With the consideration of high school graduation exam scores, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, candidates with foreign language certificates can convert them into exam scores for this subject in the group if they want.
