Organizing incense offering and ceremony to commemorate the Great Physician Le Huu Trac

In the series of Hai Thuong Lan Ong festival activities, on the afternoon of February 22, Huong Son district ( Ha Tinh ) solemnly held an incense offering ceremony at the tomb and a procession and worship ceremony at Le Huu Trac Church.

On the afternoon of February 22, at Hai Thuong Lan Ong relic site, Son Trung commune, Huong Son district, an incense offering ceremony was held at the tomb and a procession and worship ceremony was held at Le Huu Trac church (Bao Thuong village, Quang Diem commune).

Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Ky, leaders of departments, branches, Huong Son district, descendants of the Le family and many local people.

Hai Thuong Lan Ong Festival is held at the beginning of the year to commemorate the 233rd anniversary of the death of the Great Physician.

Hundreds of local people participated in the procession.

After the procession, Huong Son district held a ceremony to worship Hai Thuong Lan Ong to commemorate the 233rd death anniversary of the great physician Le Huu Trac.

During his career as a physician, the Great Physician Le Huu Trac collected and discovered over 300 Vietnamese medicinal herbs, contributing to enriching the nation's precious medicinal treasures. The life of the Great Physician Le Huu Trac is a beautiful image of a physician with profound knowledge, a shining example for all generations to follow.
