On July 30, a working delegation of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union visited, encouraged and presented gifts to people and youth volunteer teams who are helping to overcome the consequences of floods in Muong Xen, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong and Tam Quang communes.

In Muong Xen commune, dozens of local youth union members and youths were divided into two groups. One group supported local people in repairing electrical and refrigeration equipment after being flooded. In Tuong Duong commune, the delegation used boats to travel across the river to give gifts to people in 3 villages: Lau village, Mac village and Nhan village. During the recent flood, these 3 villages were isolated.
