Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu said that in recent times, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has worked with ministries, branches and localities to carry out activities to promote and spread the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh across continents.
These efforts contribute to bringing Uncle Ho's image closer to international friends, deepening cooperative relations, strengthening national solidarity, and preserving precious historical values.
From constructions such as roads, parks, museums named after President Ho Chi Minh to statues of Uncle Ho placed in more than 30 countries, across continents, they have become important symbolic bridges for the Vietnamese people and the world .

Implementing the direction of the Secretariat on "prioritizing forms of honoring intangible cultural values", Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu clearly stated that the policy of building a Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space meets the needs of standardizing Vietnamese representative agencies; helping to promote more effectively the work of introducing and honoring President Ho Chi Minh in the world in a synchronous manner.
The contents of the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space will become a common identification symbol of Vietnamese representative agencies, and at the same time become a multifunctional space for activities such as political activities, cultural activities serving the Vietnamese community abroad, officials and employees of representative agencies and a solemn place to organize foreign affairs activities.
At the workshop, Ambassador Le Thi Hong Van, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Cultural Diplomacy (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), said that in addition to exhibitions, seminars, film screenings and cultural exchanges, there are also in-depth initiatives to spread the image and thoughts of President Ho Chi Minh to the international community, typically: building an electronic bookcase about President Ho Chi Minh in France, Cuba and Argentina.
Uncle Ho's works and works written about him have also been translated, published and widely introduced in many languages, typically World People's Feelings for President Ho Chi Minh , republished by the National Political Publishing House Truth, and translated into English, French, Czech, Swedish, Spanish...
Another notable highlight is that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has chaired the design of the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space model at Vietnamese representative agencies abroad. This model not only has symbolic meaning, but is also a place to organize historical and cultural exchange activities and is a modern diplomatic approach.
Most recently, in May, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs coordinated and organized the inauguration of the Ho Chi Minh Space with the Vietnam - Azerbaijan oil and gas industry in the capital Baku, with the participation of General Secretary To Lam.

At the workshop, embassies of Thailand, China and Angola shared experiences in managing and maintaining cultural spaces associated with the image of leaders at their local representative offices.
Vietnamese ambassadors in other countries also shared their experiences on how to make Ho Chi Minh Space not only a cultural destination but also a place to connect the Vietnamese community abroad, while spreading Vietnamese values to local friends.
Within the framework of the workshop, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized a photo exhibition and a book space introducing the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh.
