On the label it is stated: the trader responsible for the quality and distribution of the product: Bao Ngoc International Pharmaceutical Company Limited, address at No. 47, Group 9, Yen Duyen, Yen So Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi ; manufactured in: Vietnam.

Reason for recall: The above product batches were manufactured at Hoang Gia Hoa Binh Company Limited, but Hoang Gia Hoa Binh Company Limited does not have a Certificate of food safety qualified facility meeting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements as prescribed.

Man plus gold dietary supplement (batch number: 040325, manufacturing date: 03/04/2025, expiry date: 03/04/2028, box of 30 tablets), on the label states: the trader responsible for product quality and distribution: Bao Ngoc International Pharmaceutical Company Limited, address at No. 47, Group 9, Yen Duyen, Yen So Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi; manufactured at: Hoang Gia Hoa Binh Company Limited, address: No. 68, Group 8, Ky Son Ward, Hoa Binh City, Hoa Binh Province.

Reason for recall: Product self-declaration No. 02/Hoang Gia Hoa Binh/2024 does not comply with the provisions of Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP dated February 2, 2018 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Food Safety Law.

Man plus dietary supplement (Lot number: 102025, Manufacturing date: 10/02/2025, Expiry date: 10/02/2028, box of 60 tablets), on the label states: the trader responsible for product quality and distribution: Bao Ngoc International Pharmaceutical Company Limited, address at No. 47, Group 9, Yen Duyen, Yen So Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi; manufactured in: Vietnam.

Reason for recall: According to the information on the product label, this product belongs to the group of health protection food products.

The Food Safety Department has recalled the product batch "Cordyceps" (Lot Number: 040325, Manufacturing Date: 03/04/2025, Expiry Date: 03/04/2028, box of 30 capsules and box of 50 capsules) manufactured by Hoang Gia Hoa Binh Company Limited, address: No. 68, Group 8, Ky Son Ward, Hoa Binh City, Hoa Binh Province. The label reads: "Gifted goods, not for sale, internal circulation goods".

Reason for recall: Hoang Gia Hoa Binh Company Limited has sold the above product batch, according to the information on the product label belonging to the health protection food product group, but Hoang Gia Hoa Binh Company Limited has not yet declared the product according to regulations.
