On June 16, the People's Committee of Hai Duong City issued a notice of land recovery to implement the project of building a bridge over the Thai Binh River and an access road on the Hai Duong City Ring Road I, from Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 390C.
Accordingly, more than 17.4 hectares of land from 359 organizations and individuals in Ngoc Son and Tien Tien communes (Hai Duong city) were recovered. Of which, more than 3 hectares of river land; more than 3.5 hectares of land for rice and annual crops; more than 4 hectares of land for perennial crops; more than 2.7 hectares of land for irrigation works; more than 1 hectare of land for non- agricultural production facilities and more than 1.3 hectares of land for traffic works. The rest is cemetery land, rural residential land, commercial land, services...

The investigation, survey, measurement and counting period begins on June 16. After the Hai Duong City People's Committee issues a decision approving the compensation and support plan for households, individuals and organizations using land recovered for the project, payment will be made according to regulations.
The project to build a bridge over the Thai Binh River and the access road on the Ring Road I (Hai Duong City) section from Provincial Road 391 to Provincial Road 390C was decided by the Provincial People's Council in August 2024 with a total investment of more than 1,228 billion VND.
The Thai Binh River Overpass is about 663 m long and 22.5 m wide. The road section from Provincial Road 391 to the Thai Binh River Overpass is about 0.437 km long. The section from the Thai Binh River Overpass to Provincial Road 390C is 1.4 km long.
The project implementation location is in Ngoc Son and Tien Tien communes (Hai Duong city). The project is invested by the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project implementation period is from 2024 to 2027.
