Huong Hoa District Medical Center organizes recruitment of civil servants to work in departments and offices of the Medical Center in 2025, specifically as follows:

I. About the number and positions of jobs recruited

Recruiting 01 position, working at the Organization - Administration Department, receiving salary from the State budget, including:

+ 01 Intermediate-level clerk (grade IV, job title code: 02.008), graduated from intermediate level or higher, majors: Documents - Archives, Administrative Documents, Archives, Archives and Information Management and other majors (In case of having a diploma in another major, there must be a certificate of training in Documents issued by a competent training institution).

Recruiting 01 position to work at the Finance - Planning Department, receiving salary from the State budget, including:

+ 01 Accountant (Job title code: V.06.031), University degree or higher, major group: Accounting - Auditing.

II. Conditions and standards

- Applicants must meet the qualifications, professional expertise, and capacity required for the job position.

- Have a clear background, healthy enough to perform the job or task;

- Have full diplomas and certificates as prescribed.

III. Deadline and location for receiving application forms

- Deadline: From June 20, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. July 19, 2025, during office hours.

- Location: Organization - Administration - General Department, Huong Hoa District Medical Center, Block 3B, Khe Sanh town, Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province.

- Receiving Application Forms: Comply with the provisions of Clause 4, Article 14 of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP of the Government , amended and supplemented by Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 of the Government.

IV. Form, content and time of recruitment

- Form of recruitment: Examination.

- Content: Candidates submit 01 Application Form according to the form prescribed in Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 of the Government, amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP on recruitment, use and management of civil servants; must fully declare the required contents in the Application Form, and be responsible for the accuracy of the contents declared in the form.

- Recruitment time: According to the announcement of the Recruitment Council.

- Recruitment location: Huong Hoa District Medical Center.

- Recruitment fee: 500,000 VND/person.

Note: Recruitment documents are made according to Article 17 of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government. When submitting applications, applicants must bring original copies of diplomas, certificates and related documents for comparison.
