Notice to find relatives

Department PC08 - Binh Thuan Provincial Police is currently investigating, verifying and resolving the railway traffic accident that occurred at 9:14 p.m. on June 7, 2025 at Km 1518+400m of the North-South Thong Nhat railway line, in Liem Thuan village, Hong Liem commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province, injuring a woman of unknown identity and being taken to the Binh Thuan Provincial General Hospital for emergency care and treatment.

Currently, this woman is still unable to communicate and provide information to determine her identity and background.

To have a basis to investigate, verify, and resolve the above railway traffic accident in accordance with legal regulations and to coordinate in rescuing the victim, Department PC08 of Binh Thuan Provincial Police announces to find relatives of this woman.

Identifying features: about 1.55 meters tall, thin build, curly hair, dark skin (photo attached), suspected of mental instability.

Therefore, the Traffic Police Department - Binh Thuan Provincial Police would like to inform the Agencies, organizations and the masses to coordinate in finding relatives and identifying the identity of the woman involved in the above traffic accident. If there is any information related to the above woman, please immediately notify the Traffic Police Department - Provincial Police, address 115 Ton Duc Thang, Phan Thiet City via the hotline 0693.428.121 or Ms. Ngoc 0976.502.333, the officer in charge of handling the above traffic accident.
