- Contract implementation period: 07 months.

3. Capital: Production and business capital of Vietnam National Petroleum Group.

4. Form and method of contractor selection: Regular bidding, one envelope of documents according to the Contractor Selection Regulations of Vietnam National Petroleum Group issued under Decision No. 020/PLX-QD-HDQT dated January 20, 2021 of the Board of Directors of Vietnam National Petroleum Group.

5. Time for issuing the Request for Proposals (RFP): From the time of posting the invitation for bids until before the closing time for bids (during office hours).
