On June 19, Tay Nguyen University organized a training conference on professional skills for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam for 66 officials mobilized by the Ministry of Education and Training. Associate Professor, Dr. Le Duc Niem - Vice Rector chaired the conference and deployed the Examination Regulations for officials and lecturers participating in the training. 100% of officials and lecturers of Tay Nguyen University completed the professional test according to regulations. (Photo: TT) At the conference, members were informed of new points in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam Regulations, practiced testing skills, drew lots to assign tasks and took a professional test of 30 multiple-choice questions. As a result, 100% of officials and lecturers completed the test and were qualified to receive the task. According to the plan, the delegation of the School will participate in inspecting the examination work at 28 examination sites in Phu Yen province, taking place from June 24 to 28, 2025.
Accordingly, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training assigned 26 additional private high schools with a total of 180 classes and 7,775 students. The Hanoi Department of Education and Training requested that the principals of private high schools be responsible for organizing enrollment according to the assigned plan quota, in accordance with the enrollment regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Hanoi Department of Education and Training. Previously, in the first phase of assigning enrollment quotas for grade 10, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training assigned 119 public schools to enroll 78,400 students; 77 private schools to enroll 27,919 students. At the same time, it assigned 29 vocational education and continuing education centers to enroll 12,080 students; and assigned 55 vocational education institutions to enroll 16,440 students. 171 examination sites have a total of 4,242 examination rooms. Of which, 168 examination sites with 4,180 examination rooms are for candidates following the 2018 General Education Program, and 3 examination sites with 62 examination rooms are for candidates following the 2006 General Education Program. Each examination site is arranged with 3 spare rooms to handle arising situations. Details of the specific examination sites are as follows: The 2025 High School Graduation Exam takes place from June 25 to 28. In Ho Chi Minh City, the exam is large-scale with 99,578 candidates registered to take the exam, an increase of 8,891 candidates compared to last year. Of these, 97,940 candidates took the exam under the 2018 General Education Program and 1,638 candidates under the 2006 General Education Program. In particular, the number of independent candidates increased by 5,000 compared to the previous year, posing new challenges in the organization.

As a result, more than 11,000 candidates passed the exam. Meanwhile, according to the plan, in the 2025-2026 school year, the whole Soc Trang province had 12,850 admission targets for grade 10 public schools. In this exam, 135 candidates did not take the exam and nearly 600 cases had control scores (failure scores).
