Therefore, in the last 6 months of the year, the city's growth target is set to reach at least 10.6% and budget revenue must reach nearly 53% to ensure requirements.

To achieve the above two important goals, it is necessary to promptly remove difficulties, effectively and synchronously deploy solutions and tasks in all fields. Specifically, the service industry continues to organize festivals and events within the activities of the National Tourism Year 2025, Hue Festival; continue to remove difficulties, provide maximum support for new businesses to register and operate effectively. Strive to have over 1,000 new businesses registered in 2025.

For the industrial and construction sector, focus on supporting key projects, creating new capacity for production projects, such as: Kim Long Motor Hue Production and Assembly Complex Project Phase 2 - 3; Kanglongda Hue Factory Phase 2 - 3; Beer Factory... Support to remove difficulties in land and consumer markets for key products, such as beer, cement, textiles... Support some new projects to come into operation. For the agricultural - forestry - fishery sector, it is necessary to proactively prevent pests and diseases, increase crop productivity, expand large-scale concentrated farming models...

Since the merger of the old Department of Construction and the Department of Transport into the new Department of Construction, the apparatus has been operating effectively. The construction sector's indicators in the first 6 months of the year had a growth rate of over 10%. Identifying construction as a key industry, making an important contribution to the overall development of the city, in the coming time, the industry will proactively advise and resolve issues related to the implementation of the North-South high-speed railway project through the city; coordinate with units to start upgrading the Quang Tri - Hue expressway from 2 lanes to 4 lanes, expected to start in August - September 2025; advise to soon establish a logistics association in the area, to connect and cooperate with partners, reduce costs, increase competitiveness in the field; prepare conditions for technical traffic opening and putting into operation the Thuan An seaport overpass... In addition, the industry has also advised the City People's Committee on the social housing development plan for the period 2025 - 2030. In the past, many projects have been started to meet the needs of society... These are upgraded and completed projects that create conditions for the city's economic development.

In the first 6 months of the year, the number of tourists to Hue increased sharply, estimated at more than 3.3 million, up 71% over the same period; of which, international visitors were estimated at 1.16 million, up 41.6% over the same period; total revenue from tourism was estimated at more than 6,370 billion VND, up 59.2% over the same period. Besides that bright picture, the recent period has recorded a decline in many Asian tourist markets, requiring the industry to continue to have new solutions to attract this type of visitor.

The tourism industry has focused on promoting and stimulating tourism in European markets through events introducing unique culture and cuisine; and working with many partners. Although the immediate results are not high, the expectations for the future are very high, because there have been initial cooperations between Hue businesses and partners to bring visitors to the city at the end of the year.

Regarding tourism products, the industry will continue to develop music tourism. Evidence from the Mega Booming music event that took place in early July, attracted a large number of tourists, including foreign tourists; focusing on removing difficulties to develop accommodation services, especially 3-5 star ones. Regarding attracting cruise ship passengers, the industry will proactively advise and increase calls for businesses to invest in culinary services, shows in the Chan May - Lang Co area, as well as supporting services on the route from the seaport to the city center.

However, the appearance of these cases has more or less affected pork consumption in the area, affecting pig farmers.

In this situation, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda so that people can grasp the situation, find places to buy safe pork with clear origin; people need to increase the consumption of cooked food and boiled water. During this period, it is very necessary for the authorities of 40 communes and wards in the city to participate in propaganda work effectively; thereby, helping farmers maintain and develop their pig herds in the coming time.
