Born and raised in a traditional craft village, like many young generations here, Pham Van Tien, Tien Loc commune, Hau Loc district, understands and appreciates the values left by our ancestors, from there, with love and enthusiasm, he continues his passion to develop the traditional blacksmithing profession. Starting from a small production and business household with 30 employees, but up to now, his company has nearly 100 employees with an income of 5 - 7 million VND/person/month, ensuring regular jobs and benefits for employees.

To maintain and develop the craft village, in 2022 Pham Van Tien decided to establish XR Tan Loc Tai Company Limited. He shared: When the company was first established, he encountered many difficulties, but with determination, he constantly learned and searched for customers through sales channels such as: online, youtube, facebook, tiktok, set up distributors, created a chain of product distribution systems in the provinces... Along with that, he boldly applied new technology into production from traditional knives to stainless steel knives with a white brightness ratio of 96%, diverse designs, eye-catching appearance but still retaining the traditional craftsmanship of Tien Loc Forging village knives. On average, the company produces more than 1,000 knives of all kinds every day, the company's products have been affixed with traceability stamps (TXNG), scanning the QR code on the TXNG stamp, customers can easily find out information about the company's business and products. Currently, XR Tan Loc Tai Company Limited has distribution markets in 20 provinces and cities across the country.

With continuous efforts, in 2023, Tan Loc Tai has achieved many successes, the company's products were listed in "The Best of Vietnam 2023" - excellent brands, products and services in the Vietnamese market. Recognized as a 3-star OCOP product in 2023, Green Agriculture Award in 2023 and many certificates of merit from the province and district. In addition to production and business, XR Tan Loc Tai Co., Ltd. also actively participates in social security work in the district. In the past 2 years, the company has donated a total of nearly 300 million VND.
