According to Decision No. 1912 dated June 19, 2025, a Working Group was established to compare land rents for organizations and individuals renting houses for production and business purposes in Hai Phong city, including: Chairman of Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Company Limited - Head of the delegation. Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the ward where the house or land is rented for production and business purposes - Deputy Head of the delegation. Members of the delegation include: leaders, officers and employees of Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Company Limited assigned by the Head of the delegation; ward police officers in charge of the area; officers in charge of urban areas in the ward; officers of the tax authority of the area. The Working Group is responsible for: working with organizations and individuals renting houses (311 houses) owned by the State as production and business purposes in the city; making working minutes on comparing unpaid land rents; Make a declaration of land rent payment for each organization and individual renting a house.

Also according to the Decision: The working group urgently works with organizations and individuals renting 25 houses to make a record of the work comparing unpaid land rent and land rent declaration; report to the City People's Committee the implementation results before June 25, 2025; propagate to organizations and individuals renting houses the regulations and policies on collecting land rent for state-owned housing funds for rent as production and service business establishments in the city.

Concluding the Conference, the Chairman of the City People's Committee emphasized: the entire political system is focusing on implementing the organization of a two-level local government but still paying special attention to budget collection. This has been an issue for many years, causing losses to the city's budget. Therefore, it is necessary to resolutely collect land rent from organizations and individuals renting houses for production, business and service facilities in Hai Phong city. The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested: The working group focuses on performing its tasks; the House Management and Trading Company Limited is in charge of planning the working group's work, ensuring conditions and facilities for the working group to operate. Today, the Company must complete the delivery of notices on land rent payments, minutes of unpaid land rent reconciliation, and tax declarations to organizations and individuals renting 25 houses according to the list./.
