On August 28, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province organized the launching ceremony of the "Digital Literacy for All" movement, launching the peak campaign of youth, students and pupils joining hands to popularize digital skills by 2025, with more than 300 delegates representing socio -political organizations, union members and association members attending in person and more than 5,000 delegates from 96 communes and wards attending via online bridge.
In the context of globalization of the 4.0 industrial revolution, digital skills are necessary to use technology, electronic devices and the internet effectively and safely... Digital transformation is the development imperative in the new period, a golden opportunity for people to confidently integrate, master their lives, and contribute to the sustainable development of Tay Ninh .

Accordingly, the campaign "Digital literacy for all" and the peak launch of the campaign for youth, students and pupils to join hands to popularize digital skills in 2025 were implemented by the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tay Ninh province, covering and comprehensively from agencies, schools, industrial parks, communes, wards and hamlets with the motto of ensuring that no one is left behind, together entering the era of accelerated digital transformation to successfully implement the 2-level local government model.
At the launching ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province Nguyen Thanh Hai emphasized that the goal of Tay Ninh province is to become a fairly developed province in the southern key economic region. To realize the set goal, in recent times, Tay Ninh has resolutely implemented Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation with solid starting steps from the formation of the Community Digital Technology Team to the implementation of pilot models of digital citizens and digital services.

In order for the digital literacy movement to make a breakthrough in the new period, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province requested socio-political organizations to quickly implement it as pioneers, leading the way, directly guiding and helping people use online public services, e-commerce and essential applications in life.
Each socio-political organization needs to develop appropriate content for the "Digital Literacy for All" movement to come into life. Accordingly, the Farmers' Association guides people to participate in e-commerce platforms and promote agricultural products online; the Women's Union accompanies members in cashless payments and digital spending management; the Trade Union supports workers in using digital utilities for their lives and work; the Association of the Elderly and the Veterans' Association organize training courses on digital safety skills and anti-fraud on the internet.

Each family should turn their home into a digital classroom, each cadre a digital teacher and each union member a digital ambassador.
People's Committees at all levels, together with departments, branches and sectors, must be proactive and closely coordinate with the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to clearly define responsibilities, integrate the goal of universalizing digital skills into the annual socio-economic development plan; link with the administrative reform program, develop digital government and smart cities; turn digital skills into real strength to serve as a launching pad for Tay Ninh to develop rapidly and sustainably in the new period.
